CURRY LEAVES  (MURRAYA KOENIGII LINN)

Indian curry leaves are a very popular tree found almost at the back of every South Indian home. If they live abroad, they bring dried curry leaves and use them as precious aromatic spices to supplement their curry flavor. dark gray and compound leaves grow up to about 30 cm long. The aromatic leaves of about 11-25 are oval-shaped, slightly serrated and shiny. White flowers are found in clusters and produce oval green berries that turn red dark and finally dark purple when it has fully cooked.
