THE THIRD PHASE OF THE VACCINE ANNOUNCED, FROM MAY 1 FOR 18+

The government has made a big announcement on vaccination amid growing Corona cases. Now from May 1, everyone above 18 years of age will be able to get the vaccine. The government has also decided that the companies making the vaccine will go to their 50% supply center. They can supply the remaining 50 percent to state governments or sell it in the open market.

All adults can get Covid shots and states can buy doses directly from vaccine-makers in the "liberalized and accelerated Phase 3 strategy of COVID-19 vaccination", the government said, on a day the country reported 2.73 lakh new daily cases in the highest spike since the pandemic broke out a year ago.

Registration through COVIN will be required for vaccination as before. According to the order issued by the government on 19 April, the new policy will be implemented from 1 May 2021 and it will also be reviewed as per the requirement.

This will be the strategy for the third phase

- Corona vaccine will be free in healthcare hospitals, frontline workers, and all the age of 45 years in government hospitals.

- States will now have the right to take additional supplements directly from vaccine-making companies.

- States can decide whether to open vaccination for people above 18 years of age or by creating a category.

- The government will encourage vaccine manufacturers to increase production.

- Vaccine manufacturers will be able to sell 50 percent of their total supply capacity at the previously announced prices in the state governments and the open market.

- Vaccine manufacturers will be able to supply their 50% vaccine to the Center and the rest to the states and the open market.

Vaccine companies will have to declare the price of vaccines supplied in the states and the open market before May 1.

All protocols have to be followed in government hospitals, whether vaccinated or private.

- The central government will give the vaccine to the states in terms of their level of infection and speed of vaccination.

- In a state where there will be more wastage of vaccines, its quota will be negatively affected, that is, fewer vaccines will be given by the Center.

While vaccinations have been slow compared to the center's target, the country has clocked over two lakh cases daily in the past few days. Recently, the government fast-tracked approvals for foreign vaccines cleared in other countries.

National Doctor's Day 2020

National Doctor's Day 2020
Topic, history, importance and different subtleties

This day is praised on July 1 of every year to celebrate and respect the commitments of clinical experts and specialists.

Doctor 2020 National Day will be celebrated on July 1 to thank doctors and doctors for their dedicated services to patients. In the end, they cared for us in our worst times. In the USA, this day is celebrated on March 30. National Doctor's Day is an opportunity for people to express their gratitude to doctors. This day is dedicated to all health workers who work and serve patients around the clock to save lives. Doctor's Day 2020 is celebrated for recognizing the merits of doctors and their great contribution to the development of medicine in India.

Theme of National Doctor Day 2020

Each year, the theme of the doctor's day is announced by the Indian Medical Association. Last year, it was "zero tolerance for violence against doctors and clinical facilities." The theme of Doctor 2020 National Day has not yet been announced. The topic has been resolved taking into account the broader issue relating to the medical field, as well as specialists and doctors.

Doctor's Day Story

National Day of Doctors is praised on July 1 all through India to pay tribute to the incredible doctor and second boss priest of West Bengal, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. He was conceived on July 1, 1882, and kicked the bucket around the same time in 1962 at 80 years old. Dr. Roy was regarded with the nation's most noteworthy non military personnel grant, Bharat Ratna, on February 4, 1961. Celebrating Doctor's Day is an attempt to emphasize the value of doctors in our lives and to express our respect to them by noting one of their greatest representatives. India has made significant improvements in the field of medicine, and on July 1 pays tribute to all the doctors who have worked tirelessly to achieve this goal, regardless of the odds.
The Importance of Doctor's Day in India

Doctor's Day in India was established by the Government of India in 1991 and is annually celebrated July 1 as National Doctors Day. It is noted by the value of doctors and their role in the development of the country. National Day of Doctors in India is a large awareness-raising campaign that provides everyone with wide opportunities to learn about the role, importance and responsibilities of doctors, as well as to encourage medical workers to become close and very faithfully fulfill the duties of their profession.

Like every year, the country celebrates Doctor's Day on July 1 to honor the merits of doctors. The first National Doctor's Day was celebrated in July 1991.

On this day, people thank the doctors for their dedicated work and pay tribute to them.
National Doctor's Day is commemorated by Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, a former West Bengal chief minister and renowned physician. He was born on July 1, 1882, and died on the same day in 1962 at the age of 80.

Dr. Roy was honored with the country's highest civilian award, Bharat Ratna, on February 4, 1961. In 1991, India began to celebrate National Doctor Day in honor of Dr. Roy as a great doctor.

Doctor's Day is celebrated on different days around the world, in the United States it is celebrated on March 30, August 23 in Iran and Cuba on December 3.

Although this year, due to the outbreak of the coronavirus COVID-19, it was especially difficult for medical workers. The hard work and dedication of doctors since the start of the pandemic is commendable.

The COVID-19 pandemic keeps the world under harsh conditions, and doctors, along with other front-line warriors, tirelessly serve the nation to stop the spread of the virus.

On National Doctor's Day (July 1), we are obligated to honor every selfless doctor and contribute to the change in storytelling by increasing the number of cases of recovery during a pandemic.

We know that over the past few months it has been hard for you. When the whole world collapsed before a pandemic, you stood up! Your efforts are invaluable; no words or praise can recognize its depth. In your efforts to protect humanity, you had to face tremendous difficulties and suffering. Despite all this, you are not weakening on the battlefield, ready to accept every challenge that you face. Well, who said that superheroes are made up? Your altruistic actions determine your heroism, and you are truly a “superhero” not only of the present, but of all times.

To celebrate this spirit, July 1 is celebrated as National Doctor's Day in India. The day could not come at a better time. This is an opportunity to reflect on yourself, the challenges you have overcome, and the efforts you have made as a health warrior. Let's remember our journey for a moment.

Across the globe and around the clock, healthcare workers working at the forefront are trying to save lives in overloaded hospitals, putting their lives at risk. Since the pandemic, problems associated with a shortage of PPE, fans and labor have plagued health workers. Atrocities against doctors and medical personnel continue to take place in newspaper columns; their cries for continuous salary payments remain unheard of!

Despite all this, the commitment of the medical community to humanity remains unchanged. Doctors at the forefront do not just offer their time, skills and energy; rather, dedicated soldiers expand their capabilities and devote all their strength to medical facilities, cutting themselves off from their families and loved ones.

While the world works from home, doctors have no choice but to face the virus in its most dangerous form every day. As a result, many of these front-line warriors become infected day after day. Some of them also succumbed to this disease in their efforts to save lives. But none of this stopped them even an inch from fulfilling their duties in the best possible way.

The anger of the coronavirus does not stop in India. However, the collaborative efforts of the medical community across the country have resulted in the recovery of 335,577 patients to date. A recovery rate of 59% can only be attributed to the 100% commitment shown by doctors and healthcare professionals during these most difficult times.

The country knocked on pots, illuminated the queues and showered with petals to show its appreciation to the health workers. This symbolism may seem relevant. However, symbolism alone will not be enough. In addition to expressing gratitude, the government and relevant authorities should take the initiative in providing material assistance and assistance to medical workers.

Regardless of borders, the whole world is now looking at doctors. In the midst of a pandemic, their actions can change the course of history. The very existence of humanity will be determined by their actions. Perhaps one day, COVID-19 will become an afterthought. But shortly after this, this injury will determine the generation of doctors and health workers.

Happy Doctor's Day!
