Follow this simple solution to prevent dengue

Dengue fever is a flu-like disease caused by the dengue virus. This is when the Aedes mosquito with the virus bites a healthy person. This fever occurs every year in many tropical and subtropical regions such as India, Southeast Asia, Southern China, Taiwan, Mexico and Central America. About 500,000 people are affected by the disease every year and the death rate is 2.5 percent. When a person is infected with a mosquito, the virus spreads in the blood for 2–7 days. In the case of dengue disease, one sees symptoms like headache, bone and joint pain, nausea, vomiting, skin rash. There are steps you can take to prevent this fever on its own. What we are telling you in this article-

Cover the skin

Health experts say that there is no specific drug available for dengue right now. In such a situation, prevention of dengue is the best solution. For this, keep your skin covered. This reduces the chances of mosquito bites. You should try to wear full-sleeved shirts and t-shirts and long pants. Also, dengue mosquitoes are highly active in the morning and evening, so as far as possible, avoid going outside at this time.

Use cream

According to the health expert, use such creams that keep mosquitoes away from you. Use this cream every day. If your skin is sensitive, then mosquito patches or roll-ons can also be used to ward off mosquitoes.

Take care of personal hygiene

It is important that you take care of personal hygiene to prevent any virus from infecting you. Take care of hygiene and cleanliness to keep germs away from yourself.

Water management

Dengue mosquitoes often breed in stagnant water, so it is very important to manage water properly. Turn the empty buckets in the house so that water does not collect in them. Cover buckets and drums used for storing water. Also make sure your planter does not have over watering. Repair broken septic tanks and cover vent pipes with wire gauze if any are broken. If you have a cooler at home, make sure that you clean it regularly. Keep dustbin clean. Do not allow any dirt to collect to avoid mosquitoes.

Take care of it

Do burn the camphor in the house, it will help keep mosquitoes away. Also sleep under a mosquito net.
